Got a shock from dynasty travel this morning

Start of this mth, book a 10d /7N Switzerland trip with dynasty travel at their suntec fair. Is my honeymoon trip

Because I plan to visit London after the Switzerland trip, I request for the return flight from London instead of Zurich airport. The sale aunty told us the additional airport tax will be around 100 bucks per person.

Today I call dynasty travel n update them that I already book my London hotel n flight transfer from Zurich to London. They send me an email n ask me to acknownledge the London airport tax.

And inside the email, they state the London airport tax per person is 730 bucks. WTF, why is the big difference from the price initial promised by them

Call dynasty travel and thousands of reason r given. In the end, that guy replied me he will ask his manager and get back to me. I dont expect any positive news from him. Sian now.

When i went for my business trip in business class (company account), the airport tax was 990. How the hell she can tell you 100...

Zurich is cheaper... about 600 ++

I staying in switzerland for 8 days with the tour then London 8 days for my matches.

The travel agency replies me already. They say is a miscommunication. I only need to say the difference in the airport taxes - 150 bucks per person. But they very smart as they added one statement at end of email stating this 150 bucks subjected to changes
