Orh no not again!! Got a registered mail yesterday by Listen Then Advice aka LTA to improves the Bugis road safety. Again all the seniors NATO for hours. As usual the groupthink effect kicks in every time the most senior member suggest something the rest will like a dove duck nod theirs head. Being me a devil advocate, i tell him off & shut up the rest. So I came out a wonderful suggestion. To my surpurise!! he agreed to my suggestion to resolves the accident in Bugis junction. Here is the solution!!
