23/5 - Order the rear spoiler knowing that i wont be at home during weekday at office hours. I call them to make prior arrangement. I suggest o them to call me but dont have this service to call before hand delivery. Furthermore the goods must be updated to the system before any prior arrangement can be done.

24/5 - So i try to schedule on sat instead but was told the system cant do it as it requires to delivery first then make prior arrangement.

25/5 - they deliver but i m not at home rite!! So i call them at 1pm to inform them to deliver on sat instead. But cant do it coz the package is out system cant update. Call back at 7pm instead.

7pm - hello can make arrangment on sat bor? Cannot coz system not updated please call tml morning. I told them tml will be kinda late to make arrangement for delivery. The reply is no choice coz system not updated.

WTH make prior arrangement cannot. Then got to call to make prior arrangement again?? I deal with those cheapo courier service are ten times better than this local shit-post!!

They lost my same arsenal membership package from London twice this season.

1st attempt - During daytime house empty, knock n no answer so went back to vpost. Never update me.

So this march I email arsenal.com to resend the very same package for the 3rd time and this time I become smart, send to my mother in law place which is 24/7 sure got ppl

3rd try - at last received my package but the book inside got piece by sharp objects. Call n complain but hit deaf wall and usual customer reply.

The other time it happened to me for my kindle, I called shti post and f them. An auntie solved my problem instantly.....

It's not gonna help if I tell you my story. Bought a watch off egay and paid to have it delivered via courier. The reciprocal courier in Singapore was S!ngpost. Quoted 4-7 working days from USA. Tracking number, everything provided.

So I dilligently tracked the parcel. Then on day 6, the status said delivered. I was like WTH is my parcel!!!??!?!?

Rang S!ngpost, they said oh it's been delivered haven't you received it ? After convincing them I didn't have it, they retraced the delivery schedule and contacted the delivery person responsible.

Nevermind that it was delivered to the wrong address! Didn't even bother to verify accepting signatory. The other party on the receiving end just kept quiet

Nowadays I just stick to DHL (if German origin), Fedex and Borderlinx (US). Borderlinx UK is fine but their rates are killer.

Nope. No GST issue at all. I mailed the seller a couple of times and they confirmed the shipment. Tracking shows delivered but i did not receive anything, no notification whatsoever. I've hence became very skeptical about ordering online and getting it delivered by Singpost. Just ordered something like 3 days ago, hopefully this time it turns out fine.

BTW, if you're collecting at paya lebar, be sure to park legitimately, the counter gal told me that the attendants are very active there, many who went for their parcels were booked.
