Haiz i recd a letter from authorities to go for retraining for upgrading my licence.

Btw, I'm at Pandan C & C. First time here. Took me extra 25 mins because I got lost and jams. Was told can settle the software issue in one day then I come here instead of ubi. Now tell me maybe take 2 days due to Internet connection with Germany!!! Faint....

What other cars r u driving blackmercs

The authorities say my car looks like "Sport car" so upgrading is a MUST. Today will head down to let them test drive & inspection. Hopefully no needs to upgrade, sian leh!!

Actually, they should look at the torque and bhp rather than CC. For example, Hybrid Lexus is 3500cc. Golf R is 2000cc, but the puny 2.0 in the R is a monster when stock, simple stage 1 upgrade makes it into a :devil:

They should have followed motorcycle license scheme. Some letters were published in e 'Propaganda' Times a few years ago urging authority to implement different Classes for car drivers according to engine capacities. Idea brushed aside.

This idea is not new. Only when matters got worse then will e authorities sit up and take a closer look.

in australia, the rules are no turbo cars in the first year after passing. it will be very dependent on the level of scrutiny i guess.

Hoon law = impound vehicle when caught speeding, fishtailing, drifting, racing etc.

Australia = 3 years probationary plates. Jolly good!

Bro blackmercs, I hope you will verify the authenticity of this letter from LTA because they left out the name of the Chief Officer. LTA don't usually make this kind of mistakes. I suspect the letter is fake! :lol: :lol: :lol:
