Iphone will be sold by Singtel by Sept!!

This is pure speculation at the moment, don't think either SingTel or Apple have confirmed this.

If you want an iPhone, just get one from the US now, beats waiting and if you check the international iPhone launches, MSRP is much higher then what Apple Stores are selling for in the United States.

As for the 3G factor... i don't really use it so it doesn't bother me, i guess a new iPhone revision might have even bigger capacity since now the 32GB Touch is out. ;)

I am seriously thinking of getting one from states......anyone going to US?

Errm.. I hope u guys are aware that the most common problem for the iPhone is the wifi burning up.

No MMS, no individual sms housekeep, mass smsing. Only BT to ear piece hor...

It is very common for the wifi chipset to overheat & kong. My fren's iPhone wifi is totally dead.

Depends on week of mfr. My Week 30 still going strong. I have tried 2 Week 51s and the WiFi is intermittent. Just re-locked them and on their way to a genius bar for exchange (if my friend can pull it off). Another Week 47 with a dead home button getting repaired ATM.

quacks - the warranty only covers activated AT&T phones used in the USA. They will check your serial number against their database to see if the phone was previously activated. If still locked, they will not entertain you although this is totally dependent on the genius bar staff and store location as some unlocked phones have slipped thru.
