changing bigger brakes !!

hey hey , anyone out there know , (6 pot or 8pot if i change my rim bigger too) if bembo brake kits , ap racing brake kits or etcs can fit onto w203 ??

oh oh this is a potentially poisonous subject mate ;D

in general, there are numerous aftermarket big-brake kits (BBK) available in the market out there (AMG, Brabus, Brembo, Carlsson, MKB, Kleemann, etc)..1 thing to consider is the size of the rotors (typically range between 11" & 13") which will determine what size rims would be needed to allow clearance between rotors/calipers and the rims..

depending on the size of the rotors you may have to consider at least a set of 17" or 18" rims to address clearance issues..there have also been cases where wheel spacers are used to overcome caliper/rim clearance..

are you limiting your rim options to Brabus only or will you consider other brands?

i'm not limiting to brabus cos i find brabus rims a bit too tame. i like rim with deep dish. it make the car look sportier.

i like the IFORGED too but want to see if there is any other rim available first. have been busy lately so didn't search actively.

According to my 'bible' they have Carlsson Ultra Light 2/11 or Lorinser RSK 6 for the W204 which you could consider (not sure if they're to your liking tho)..

i assume that you're not willing to go w/ the spacers route given that you mentioned about the limited offsets for your ride..

1/14 swee as the spokes go all the way to the edge so visually if you're on 19"s it looks alot larger.

they custom the lip side but i m not sure about the design. will give them a call to find out soon.

no worr..there are no rules when it comes to mixing & matching parts accessories..one of our fellow threepointstar member has a Carlsson-nized W210 w/ 18" AMG wheels and brakes..in fact he's a registered member of this forum..

Yen (aka hoyas) has an AMG-nized W219 w/ Brabus wheels

& yours trully sports an AMG-kitted W208 w/ Lorinser rollers

My personal fav on the W204 would be Lorinser RSK 6
