This is nice, didn't know c&c also provide mod for tail pipes. :)

I have welded exhaust tips on my c class, did not have any issue with lta inspection. Or maybe I am lucky :)

Gone thru a number of inspections for my previous car with replaced twin to quad pipes. Few times TP and ROV ride past. No issue at all.

there's an older thread that you can seek out here on these forums that actually discussed that exact point. someone actually wrote to LTA about welding tips on. the TL;DR version is so long as you dont go anywhere near the muffler, they don't give a sh!t.
