AVIVA does it again..

yesterday i called AVIVA regarding my car insurance renewal insurance.

got a SHOCK from them.

when i change to current benz car, my previous car is with aviva. i was given 2 option by aviva when i called them regarding the old car insurance policy, either refund me partially or let the old car policy run till expiry and do neccessary paperwork and get an additional 10% NCD to my new mercedes benz car policy at the next renewal (Nov 2012)

since my old car policy expires in Jan 2012 and i change my car at Nov 2011, i took up the 2nd option of getting that extra 10% NCD. and followed their instructions doing the paperwork.

NOW, Avivia underwriter manager call me and informed me I am not entitled to the extra 10% NCD when i renew my mercedes benz car policy at the end of this year.

I asked the aviva underwriter manager to check through the details of email and enquires call voice recording details again and call me again.

lucky i am still keeping the emails exchanged inside my invox. later tonight i will find a place to print out the details.

morale of story: Dont use AVIVA as totally cant trust them at all

problem settled. got black and white stating i will get 20% NCD from the next renewal provided i dont have any at fault claim till my current policy expires.

haiz, must blow up the matter , then they bother to keep their promise.
