As I have just started, my max distance range so far is 20km and average 20-25km/h, so dont think can keep up with your level...

I stay in Hougang and I normally ride a loop from on PCN from home to Punggol park - SengKang - Punggol waterway and back to Sengkang sport complex - Gerald drive and Hougang.

Hope to increase my distance.

You are on road bike?

I did the same track mostly on Saturday morning at 7am and also cover Punggol Marina, that will be around 27 km. There are few good and safe routes if you started off from Hougang, one is head west to Mandai Zoo (43km) or east to Changi Village.

I am on mountain bike and avg speed of 33km/h.

25 to 33 km/h is too fast for me. I do only PCN from Simei > East Coast > Coastal > CV > retrace back to Simei, ave 18-20 km/hr for 150-170 bpm and 70-80 cadence.

Working on the heart rather than speed and distance. Lately I am adding slopes to my ride for some torture to add some fun in cycling.

I am open to night cycling and early morning weekend ride, only on PCN. I am on foldie mountain bike; Montague Paratrooper.

Young Unker! U are doing well at those heart beat rates!

At your age & hitting 170 bpm is very good for your heart & arteries! :P
