I was thinking if we can have a thread on members' expertise. It would serve as a platform for members to seek advice from other members working in that particular industry. It helps prevent members who are inexperienced in certain matters from being a carroted.. Hopefully it will create a win win opportunity for both parties. Members can seek advice during meetups or through private messages.

Though so, Basic Posting Rules must still be adhered.

Rule 3. Private Advertisements are NOT ALLOWED.

Rule 4. Business promotional threads are NOT ALLOWED.

Mods, its just an idea that struck me. Feel free to remove this thread if its not allowed.

Be warned that for some occupations like doctors or lawyers, if you list youself down, some people will seek free advices from you. So its your choice.

To start the ball rolling, i'll list down some that I know of. It would be best to list down the expertise briefly to prevent advertising. (E.g. leather shoes retailer, renovation services, website designer, rice distributor)

Good suggestion!!! But is not easy for oneself to claims to be an expert :). My boss is an expert whenever there are no issue but once there is an issue. Suddenly i becomes the expert :)

Any MB sales executive in this forum? Perhaps could provide car sales expertise to bros here thinking of changing rides? I suspect some of them lurking in Sub-forums as unregistered member. :whistle:

I can hold a lelong gathering in late 2012 as most of the wholesalers and dealers place their orders with me around Aug/Oct period annually. 5% of the total sales amount sold during the gathering (note: not profits ah. Its total sales figure, so make it more worth while for the club) will be donated to our club as goodwill :becky:

Admin, a sai boh? Haaa...

If we have any Merc pot luck gathering, do let me know. I'll get my chefs to prepare some nice nice sea cucumber dishes for all to try try. Thick thick meat and solid ones :becky:
