3M carpet

Today got myself a set of 3M carpet for the front from the MAIN agent at bukit batok. Out of curiosity or kapo, check with them how to identify the REAL stuffs. He pointed to the notice board so snap a pic for u guys to take notes. As there are alot of wannabe mat maker claim that theirs is from the same 3m factory but is from China factory!!

Here is a simple checklist -

1) Heel pad comes with a wording inprint wording 3M

2) on the back of the mat with the wording "3m Normad"

bro are the mats pre-cut especially the front 2 pieces. any indication of price? thanks.

They have all the temp plates for yr ride. Damage $105 (thick) & $80 (thin) for the front only. If u get the whole set comes with warranty & AA members less $20.

Hv lah, my face got to be there. During 09 u brought the carpet together with me, r u still using it?? How's the quality? Coz i done hv a chance to use it for a long period.

This is the only 3M shop I know using press cut die for 3M nomad supreme mat, my last 3 cars done by them.

I just laid over the original MB carpet, two pieces for front, one piece for rear area covering the hump section (main advantage) and one big piece for the boot.

Still using the same one..... all still as good as new except for the driver's side one wearing out. Good stuff. Definitely worth the money.

I second that .... the main thing is about the "fit" that we get with the 3M carmats from the shop at Bukit Batok ..... I have been getting the 3M mats from this guy for my last 3 cars. They have the templates for most cars and for the rear seat, it is one piece.

The SE actually promised me the 3M floor mat when I bot my W204 but i returned them to the SE as the quality is just different. Go for the thicker ones ..... it will last much longer.

hi poofan, i didnt even collect the promised extra set of car mat when i was told it was not 3M and original MB ones.

It is not really a standard offer from See and See or the SE. I negotiated for it when I signed on the dotted line. I believe the MB ones are standard ones that they include with the car.

Go for the genuine 3M and the thicker ones, it will last for a long time. There are other brands with similar material but those from 3M, IMO is the best.

3M mat really can tahan wear and tear well. I am still using the same set for my fifth car even though the driver's side is worn but still can be used. Coming 10 years liao.

use 3M car mat easier to get the dirt out compared to original MB ones.

I just put them on top of the stock mats ... I recommend the shop at Bukit Batok (I am not related). They have the machine to cut the mat and it fit pretty good. More ex. but IMO worth the money.

same same! got mine from bukit batok.... also overlay the stock mats....
