Today Curve-Times, am reading the case of the guy killed the small gal coz she dash across the road & being hit by a wrx speeding at 85km/h. The speed limit is 50km/

Anyway, my concern is this- "the penalty for illegally modification car can fine up to $1000, a 3 month jail term or both". Wow!! I wonder the term "illegally modification" includes changing of one pce of screw to the stock car??

Even changing the wheels is considered an illegal mod. The point is a child was killed by a speeding car (stock car can also kill)....that's sad.

they will usualy charged the driver with the higher penalty which is likely in this case- causing death/ injury by dangerous/ reckless driving instead of illegal modification ( this may however be taken into account when sentencing)

Thank you master. To add on, some drivers drive like they think they own the road. It is very irresponsible. Because there are other cars on the road and lies are at stake. :) So drive safe, enjoy every road trip and keep the wonderful roads safe for all! :)
