I think you already very good. Just fired him

The last time my staff stole from me I called in the Police. No sympathy given.

Had to show other staff I meant biz.

1 year later I heard he committed suicide :(

Did I regret .... I wish .....

I don't wish to see more cases at Bedok Reservoir so hope he won't do foolish thing to end his life...

He was convicted and fine $1,500 without jail term as I pleaded for him for a light sentence assuming that he pleaded guilty in court(which he denied when confronted by me despite video evidence)

Plus I never recover what he has stole.

He had other problems also.

After being arrested that all the staff behave ... no one play punk as they know no chances given one.

They are already big boys. We cannot manage their life. there is so much we can do being nice.
