This could be due to certain reasons, kids are playful in nature. They tend to wonder off without letting parents know. And the streets like this, traffic conditions are not very good, bros or Sis with kids, please keep an eye on your princes or princesses... Dun let them wander off... If I'm a daddy, I'll make sure that I carry my little one when crossing the road all the time...
