Here's a good video of how your typical Mercedes-Benz is assembled in Sindelfingen, Stuttgurt Germany.

I strongly recommend visiting Sindelfingen for a factory visit to see some of the processes in the video. It's amazing Mercedes-Benz can get the right spec and colour correct in an assembly line and best part in the video is the chio bu installing the standing star on the bonnet. Unfortunately she doesn't come with the car :becky:
