Hi Rainbow, there is no restriction on age to board the kelong and most impt is to have a close watch on the kids to prevent them going to near to the edge of the wooden platform.. Safety come 1st..

To get to the kelong we need to book a boat at changi ferry terminal and for those who like fishing can bring their rods along.. Got to make reservation 1 week in advance cos they have a limitation on the no. of pax boarding the kelong.

Per pax about $30+ including the ferry..

Actually I check with my Coast guard friends, do you all know it is illegal to go to kelong to eat? They do not have entertainment license and both visitor and kelong owners will be fine if caught.

I ask him for contacts of kelong owners since he is a coast guard so he should have more contacts. This is what he told me.

I ask my friend whether we can act as friends to visit, shouldn't be a problem mah. He say cannot have any outsider in kelong.

No, factory and farms works differently. I own a arowana farm, I know the regulations very well.
