Actually, I haven't been there for the past 1 year due to work and family. My uncles helping me to take care of things there.

Many politics there. The only good admin is gone, alvin. Very long already. Left john, very haolian. Why love to meet them up? I think you meet up with hobbist is better. Some of the hobbist are farm owners.

I'm just sharing a ridiculous regulation I heard from my friend. I wanted to bring my overseas friend to a kelong to eat. If I know and I don't say, I bad? If I know and I share, I also bad? I ask my friend whether we can act as friends to visit, shouldn't be a problem mah. He say cannot have any outsider in kelong.

No, factory and farms works differently. I own a arowana farm, I know the regulations very well.

Right!, give me your address, I will make sure you can't do any business direct to consumers!

Tok Cock... no such thing as hobbyist farm... all need proper licensing and rules and regulations. Unless the land you have the farm on is allowed for retail purposes. NO DIRECT SALE is allowed...

And if you really so bloody rich can open it for hobby, you DO NOT need to do any sale... make sure you also build the biggest hobbyist exhibitionist arowana farm for FREE entry to kids and family with a big big sign... "THIS IS A HOBBYIST FARM, LIM PEH SIBEI WU LUI, I DO NOT DIRECT SALE, IF YOU ARE AS RICH AS LIM PEH, OPEN A BIGGER FARM!"

It's not those big, commercialise farms like tung hu or raffless arowana but it's enough to keep more than 100 aros.

Cool bro . IMO . Regulations are implemented for some to breach . There are lots kelongs out there receiving guests . Some charge their guests and some just bring their relatives and friends for fun . I had been to some of these places . It's a matter of anyone will really go and check . If you had been to the army , you should understand the concept . You can do anything but just don't get caught . So all these are up to individual whether they want to take that risk or not . But since it's mentioned on this thread that it's against the regulation , I think the organizer would not want to take the responsibilities of organizing . So let's forget the matter and move on . Cheers !
