Parting SL63 AMG

Guys, I am selling my SL63AMG and getting a Lambo Gallardo...

Mixed feeling as me & my wife love the SL63, but right now got a good deal for Lambo, so we decided to go ahead with the change.

But I still own 3 mercedes, so I still in the club :smile:

Go for the Gallardo way lots of diff with your SL...

Test drove 1 spider, 4 month old also steal but what's worry me is a PI.

The car is pear white. 2007 Gallardo E, price way below market price (So cheap that I think I better let you guys know after I confirm the deal :becky:).

Reason to change:

- OMV more compare to SL63 AMG although one year older. And easier to sell later.

- Road tax cheaper yet it is faster than SL63.

- Exhaust is a lot louder compare to SL63.

Not going to buy brand new as just to experience what a lambo like before I get a Ferrari 458.

Cheap may not necessary be good...better check that it is not an accident car & retrieve all past service records. You don't want an 'expensive' lemon car that's always in the workshop.

That's true. Since u have not confirmed, i think u shld wait. A friend in the auto industry told me that a lot of people are lei longing their super cars now due to the stock market. So there will be more cheap cars coming out. A number of dealers are stuck with the stock, so u can drive a bargain with them.

Also, u may want to reconsider the gallardo e, if it is using the e-gear. A few friends complained about the e-gear. It seems jerky with the first few gears. The newer models have solved have this problem.

My friend just collected his 458 2 weeks ago. Sexy man! I think you should just go for the 458 and skip the lambo. IMHO the 458 looks better

It will be going back to Eurosport for a detail inspection, all service records are with them. As friend know the boss, any problem think they will let us know.

For 458, I will leave it as the next upgrade as I wish to slowly climb the power (0-100km/h) ladder, from gallardo to 458 and finally Aventador.

The 458 is really Awesome! not taking anything away from the Lambo. They r a different species altogether IMO.

Actually the price of Aventador and 458 price differ by a bit only, yet Aventador is faster and bigger in size.
