WTS Kleemann Boost Kit (M271)

Hi got 1 brand new set for the M271 guys i.e 1.8L Supercharged Kompressor engines. This will fit the C Class 180k and 200k, E Class 200, and SLK 200

Package consists of the following:

K-Box (Piggy Back ECU),High Flow air filter, 2 pulleys and 1 serpentine belt and a fuel regulator. Expected gains are up to 215 HP and 310 Nm (230 lb-ft) of torque.

The K-Box is an electronic recalibration device that greatly enhances both power and torque through the entire operating range of the engine. The K-Box is further enhanced on 200 Kompressor and 230 Kompressor models by a pulley system.

The new billet alloy CNC machined crank pulley is modified to a larger diameter to provide more boost pressure. The pulley system also includes a new water pump pulley and drives belt to insure proper tensioning and long service life. The reduced mass of the alloy crank pulley enables the engine to rev more quickly and produce more power compared to other pulley solutions.

The result of this tuning system is greatly improved power and torque throughout the entire engine operating range with crisp throttle response and perfect drivability. The K-Box engine performance kit is a purely a bolt on kit, no further modification is needed. It is not necessary to program the ECU as all tuning settings are handled within the K-Box or other mechanical means.
