For noodle wise, my favourite is the stall at Shunfu Market selling BBQ meat, they have very good noodles and Char Siew... only off point is the Wanton...

2) the best bak kut teh

I like Ah Hua's at Tanjong Pagar and the one at Rangoon Road...

3) the best steak

None in Singapore... Best made at home

4) the best fishhead steam boat

I like the one at Whampoa Keng Kee, used to like the one at Whampoa Market and Tian Wai Tian but both have lost colour...

5) the best chilli crab

Long Beach Seafood at East Coast

6) the best pepper crab

Eng Seng Coffee shop at Still Road

7) the best oyster omelette

The one at Whampoa Market, getting expensive though, Simon Road is good too...

Has to be Piao Ji at Amoy Street
