Is this a good time to wait out for prices to drop or as some property agents will tell you: " there isn't a bad time to enter singapore property market"

i think there is, but i know one guru having his convoy now in Malaysia lei.

This impact is not as big as Sept 2008. How I wish is going be the same as Sept 2008, if yes, is time to sell house, sell car & dump all yr money on blue chips. During that time alots of ppl got so much fear that they waited & waited & waited but not for me. Thanks to Warren Buffet advise, "buy when there is fear in the market"!! I took his advise & went insane!! Buy house, car & shares!! Now lost quite abit on shares & hopefully the market will recover sooner!!

Hopefully the COE will plunge then getting the C coupe is within reach. Talking abt C coupe, today went to test drive C250, one word "WET"!!

An increase of 30+bhp over the older engine. :whistle:

As an agent myself.....no choice have to put food on the table. But not all properties are bad buys....it all depends. Thus all I can say is be selective.

Oh yes don't wait for crazy price drop like last time....the most 30%. Dont wait For those firesales or die die must sell property. If there is one their relative would have bought it or agent themselves buy it.
