Unker, coffee anema is unproven lah. I suggest we should tread this with caution. There's many risks involved, especially perforation of rectum if done incorrectly. Drinking coffee is safer lah!

True! True! That's why it's call "Alternative Therapy!"

My cousin GP sodomize himself frequently over the years and convinced me

so much that I bought myself a set!!!......hahahha!!! :lol:

He also super fit - at 65 he still take part in full 42KM marathon runs!!!

I chickened out and it got hidden under my bed for 1 year before I threw it out into the rubbish bin.....hahahah!!!!:lol:

BTW U can buy it over the counter in Sillypore!!!!:whistle:

I love coffee but I have to stay off it because once I start getting used to having coffee every day, I will suffer from withdrawal effect when I don't have my fix. Headaches, restlessness, tiredness.. you name it. I hate to be addicted to something.

Bro, the key word here is MODERATION.

If one gets addicted to coffee, he must be drinking at least 6-10 cups a day.
