in-car video recorder

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a smallest possible size video recorder with good angle and resolution (preferably HD). No flip-down screen type.

As my MMI still got 2 AV inputs avail. Was hoping to hook up the recorder so that the view can be seen from my HU. That would mean the recorder need to have a video output.

Anyone happen to know where i could get one as above?

- External DC/DC Converter to be provided, which makes it possible to monitor cars by using car battery power, even during car engine off . And External DC/DC Converter cuts off power automatically when car battery is at low battery level of less than 10A to protect battery discharge.

Hi Ricky,

Saw its website, looks like just what i need except for 1 thing...too expensive...About $1300 with installation.

i found another korean made one, smallest i ever seen. Around $350.

Do you mean the one you refered to, Omnikine? I forgot which website i saw from, maybe this one :

As for the smallest Korean-made camera and MMI which i bought, they are from Autotrend in Toa Payoh.

BTW, i am waiting for my workshop to source me a DOD camrea with video out. Want to hook it to my MMI.
