i mean how come F10 obviously better....? in terms of...?

Many will tell U it got 8 speed, longer car and longer wheelbase, 6 cylinder bigger &quitter 2.5L engine, better handling, better looking, high-line comes with 3D Navigation, 8" LcD screen, suction doors like in the S-Class and much more.

If I will to look for a luxury Sedan in this class, I will still choose an E Class again cos I am brand loyal & brand blinded.

MTL lah! if people tell U that the F10 523 is a much slower car in 0-100 or lower Torque, then should consider the 535 or Grand Turismo. Will eat up the E350 3 meals plus supper.

very tough to compare :tsk: very much depends on what you are looking for. visited both AD, finally my home minister choose E250 due to the comfort :becky:.

you won't regret of having either one them but the best is having both of them :fish:

personally, i find the F10 a better drive than W212.

But i got myself the E250 as F10 has lower OMV, sales person sucks and my colleague's 523 has been in and out of workshop so many times...

should test drive both to see and compare.

6cyc vs 4 cyc + others such as luxury items + branding, etc.

are you the drive type of person or the feel good type of person, if the latter, get the E250.

cheers.

i find the handling is much better on the 523.

e250 feels a bit on the soft side.

navigation all in for the f10 got paddle shift some more...

back rear space not too sure which is bigger...

wonder which FC better...?

naturally aspirated vs turbo.... mm....

just one thing... the gear indicator kinda blocked by the steering wheel for the F10, so paddle shift cant see whcih gear... hahah

My E250 sedan used to have paddle shifts too.

60 Nm more torque than the 523 & nearly a sec faster from 0-100km.

More torque of 60 Nm mean quicker in moving off a standstill if both weight is equal but matter of fact the 523 is 75kg heavier.

Though 523 with longer wheelbase at 2968mm vs the E250 at 2874, the longer 94mm do not actually spell into longer leg room for the rear passenger.

I went into both rides & set my driving position & then get into the rear seats to see the leg room. My findings not much diff.

My Rp 1 of imhccbo!

No one seems to look at the E200. My brain tells me 523i because of the higher spec and bigger engine, but my heart followed the E200 even though it's the entry level Classic with Artico (artificial) leather.

In the end it's the E200 against the E250 - But in all respect it's the same car, still figuring out where the additional 20hp came from for the E250 and if any cheap mods can make up for the difference.

Ha! You are in luck...bro Hansson (our in house tuner) is currently testing out his mod on his own car. Should be available to all anytime soon.

How come your E-200 Classic has artificial leather? Dont all Mercedes E-class come with genuine leather?

Actually I like Mercs as the steering wheel is very light. I can drive effortlessly even with one hand. I find that very comfortable indeed:becky: But on the hindsight, it does not come with GPS and my ride has a boxy reverse camera instead of having it on the Audio System

Haha...mine too... Reverse camera hanging on top.

Regretted getting it done when bought the car... Thought it's free and useful and didn't know can be fixed on the LCD screen.
