Hey there, anybody experiencing this on their w204?

after pressing the talk button, the system doesn't recognize "enter destination" or "enter country"etc...

what happened to my ntg4?

sent to cnc and they also can't help...

Is your ntg4 from C&C from day 1 of your car?

Or is it a retrofit elsewhere?

yes from cnc from day 1, it's a c350 so it's all stock, just can't get it to work...

U mean C&C cannot solve your problem? - U should see their higher Mgt.

If just me! I would have "bang table"!

They cannot solved something that's from them!!!!!

Did U tell them! If they cannot solved your problem, then who can solve it since the car & Command is from them!

If all things fail or U wanna try outside, then look for Bro camber53 aka Gregeory.

He does retrofit Command and he did my W212 NTG4 which is quite similar to yours.

You could be right due to different batch of comand aps cos mine also got problem but ain't so serious....mine refuses to communicate with me in Mandarin, Hokkien even in Cantonese but talk england it works...knn chow ang mo comand.......whahahaha (joking lah)

I think likely is the map software version abit old liao me also have this issue unitl updated to the 2011 SEA map software version then it works fine.

haha, that problem solved and more serious problems started...now with new 2011 maps i cannot route to destination, always tell me there's no route...only POIs work, anyone have this problem too?

its with cnc now...they can't even upgrade firmware cos cambus got issues....

cnc upgraded my firmware to latest one and now it all seems to work....so far...quite impressed with cnc actually...

Me still having hard time teaching the comand to communicate with me in hokkien and cantonese.......bo pian leh ang mo chia sibey hao lian must speak england one....nbz
