Changing MPH to KM/H in Main Digital Display

Hi all,

I have a UK Spec W204 with Comand.My speedometer is in MPH. Despite having the option to choose KM as the unit of measurement which in turn shows a small digital km/h in the centre right display of the speedometer,is there a way to display km/h in the main centre digital display when the Trip Menu is in use?It is now showing MPH which is the same as the needle pointer. Any help is much appreciated.
