Promo in Autobacs no more, anyone knows whether this promo still valid in Stamford tyre or any other place selling cheaper than $25/bottle?

It works very well to clean brake dust on the wheel but the usage is quite hight, I used at least 1/2 bottle every time I cleaned my rims.

Half bottle? Thats alot!

I use turtle shampoo and wax, cost me $6 from autobac. It can make my rim shine. One month now and it haven't reach half yet which i wash twice a week.

last time with original rim, I don't need so much but with this Breyton rim, I must spray it like I just run over pool of blood then it get cleaned. My rim paint matt so it really trap dirt.

Bro, just sneeze randomly over all rims area like 4 to 5 times will do. Do this method at one go for all the rims. Then after let it "bite-in" for about 5 mins or less. While waiting, wipe the car body then come back to wash the rims with a brush using soapy water.

Please use rim cleaner with care hor.

Alot of them are effective but use phosphoric or oxalic acid as the active ingredient used to "dissolve" brake dust. Damn bad for health so please use face mask or try not to inhale too much. Also bad for rim surface in the long run as the acid tends to eat away at the clear coat layer. Never use on untreated aluminum wheels (meaning no clear coat).

The other product you may wish to try using is Simple Green. I switch to Simple Green household cleaner when I couldn't tahan anymore of the acid based products. Does the job well at $6 for a spray bottle. All natural ingredients.

I use Mama Lemon. Cheap and good and environmentally friendly too

I have severe brake dust emission issues so unfortunately for me Mama Lemon only cuts it to a certain extent :(

But yes, I would agree Mama Lemon is perfect in a low dust emission scenario. Squeaky clean and lemony!
