To Stagger or Not to Stagger??

Hi, All.

I've Have been thinking about changing to the AMG staggerred wheels. So I'm wondering if there are really any noticable differences. Could any of the Bros here on staggerred wheels advise?

What about any downside? Fuel consumption go up or not? Definitely cannot rotate, that one I know.. :-P

There are a couple of places now selling the Staggerred AMG wheels having taken them in from W204 owners who have traded in their wheels. The shops are selling about $2.8k to $3k including Conti CSC3 tyres.

At $2.8k, these must be 18"rims & tyres right? Sold my AMG 17" with tyres 6 months ago for $1.8k only. Better do some homework before buying.

For staggered, the main advantage is esthetics. There's really no difference in performance unless your ride is the high powered AMG C63.

Disadvantage: rear tyres cost more & no spare if punctured.

Yes..sold them to a bro in this forum 1 month after getting the car brand new. They were in perfect condition with the tyres clocking only 800km.
