IMHO

Yes! It's about 14k option from Cycle at the point of ordering your car.

Once you have took delivery of your car, even U want to pay Cycle 14k, they will not retrofit for U.

The reason given is that they do not do retrofit for Command!

I believe yours is a W204 which U have 2 options.

Option 1 - After Market MMI with Garmin GVN53 using Garmin Maps from MalFreeMap or Window CE based using Aigis Maps.

Option 2 - Retrofit Command NTG4 outside Cycle

Option 1 is more suitable for W212, A207, C207 fitted with Audio 20 and 5.8" LCD screen.

Your current W204 LCD screen is small to take advantage of this option.

Option 2 is more suitable for you.

I had my W212 retrofitted with both Option 1 & Option 2.

Command NTG4 was retrofitted by Bro Camber53.

Command NTG4 for W212 is similar for W204 but W204 need more parts

to retrofit the installation for the higher resolution 7" LCD screen.

IIRC, It includes the air-con vent assembly too.

2010 S.E.A Maps DVD for W212 & W204 is different DVD too.
