C180K AMG vs C200K AMG vs C230 Avantgarde

Hi Guys,

I'm new here, from Kuala Lumpur, i would like to seek help on these info, what is the difference between these model, the question that keeps on buggering me, tried to google but nothin' come-out.........:Cry:

1) Any difference in BHP ? How much ?

2) Any difference in interior & exterior ?

3) Is it true that a C180K AMG Package is much more BHP than a normal C180 K ? How much difference ?

4) Is it true that a C200K AMG Package is much more BHP than a normal C200 K ? How much difference ?

Actually here's the situations, i have been offered by a car importer in KL:-

1) RM225K for a 2007 C180K AMG Package (c/w Panaramic Roof, Full AMG Body-Kit, 18" AMG Rims and etc) UK Recond Car

2) RM220K for a C200K AMG Package without Panoramic Roof and etc also UK Recond Car

3) And at the same time there's a 2009 C230 2.5 V6 Avantgarde still under C&C Warranthy.........No AMG :Cry:

please help me to dicide guys :Cry:

Weclum!! not sure abt Msia car pricing. As for searching for infro here is a website, hope it's help. I think there is a comparsion table too, take yr time to read & hv fun.

For AMG models C class is C63, as for AMG package, we are talking mainly on accessories only. I don't there is anything to do with horse power. Also for C class there are 2 types of model in sillypore, kompressor (K) & turbo (CGI). The specs is slightly difference, if u wants to know more, do a search in this forum.

After reading & researching, next thing is to test ride yr dream car. After that, let's talk abt modding yr ride .

AMG package is more of kits only no additional BHP la...

If you frequent the NSH, I would rather take the C230 :bounce::bounce:

Is the C200K also same year and same specs as the C180 other than no

pano roof? both C180K and C200K you're looking , I believe to be UK-spec

Used-imported :becky: if not going much for looks, I would go for C200K for

better BHP. that if both are the same year!:whistle:

Malaysia you say? Then ditch the C180, go for C200 Kompressor, however check if it's the 160+hp or 180+hp Model-however both can be remapped to 210+hp.

However more interesting would be the C230 cos last night a well known workshop was just chatting with my friend & me. It's engine can be swap directly with a C350 V6 :becky: for S$20+k & best part, wiring harness/ ecu & key all same :whistle:

Owhhh ok......cause this C180K & C200K AMG Sports Package comes with F1 Paddle shift (5 Transmission), totally different tranny with the non-AMG package, they (3-4 different importer i met) claimed laaaa to be 30-40 bhp more than the standard C180k & C200K ......and comes standard with slotted disc brakes with "Mercedes Benz" caliper......

Both same year only difference is the Pan-Roof

AMG package - AMG looks kits, slotted brakes with Mercedes Benz caliper and paddle shift.

Tranmissions are still the same la, unless 7G. No extra BHP. unless Re-maps:bounce:

Abang!! Yes both of them having the diffs BHP. How much diffs, again use the link that I hv posted. u will able to find all the answer from there.

Frankly, is all about you & how deep is yr pockets. So u r the one got to decide what is yr wants & needs. We can provides the data specification sheet but end of the day is U to decide!!

Btw u can't find this mod in whole of Asia So go and grab one, we show u to the dark side!! But Msia boleh in terms of hardcore mods . Selemat kawan!!
