Are these replaceable?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if these covers on the steering wheel are replaceable?

I mean without changing the entire wheel...

They're pretty scratched up and I hope to replace them together with the front door handles. Thanks.

yes, they are replacable but cost around $300 (estimated)...if you use a nail remover and rubbed over the rubber portion, the rubber will come off, revealing the base level which look as new. (unless yours is badly scratched already).

Try it to save some money.

I'm guessing it'll work for the front handles too since they're of the same material.

Great idea!

These 4 bits (both handles and the 2 pads) were my source of irritation from day 1. I have always wanted to take them out and cover them with some carbon-fibre lookalike sticker but was told it is too much work.

Please show us the results of your trial with the nail-polish remover!

I plan to replace the handles (they're much cheaper) and do a trial on the old ones before trying on the steering wheel covers. will do this next servicing, will share the results then, no prob.
