I finally succumbed to the beauty of iPhone 4. My iPhone3G is really crawling and can't keep up with my typing and patience.

And finally, I jailbreak the phone; something that I had resisted for 2 years. The feeling of freedom is indeed good....thanks to Cydia :becky:

you can get many Apple Apps FOC... and additional features...i dun have an iphone (yet) but have jailbroken my ipad few months ago (3.2.1)...but i understand the newer 3.2.2 OS can also be jailbroken now...:becky:

Oh ok, will try out on my iPhone. iPad can jailbreak also? I read on apple website the new OS4 for iPad is coming out soon.

make sure you save all your settings at itune before you jailbreak hor...was told that Apple will void their warranty if you have jailbroken :hand:...hahah who cares :whistle:

after you have jailbroken you must not update the new OS otherwise it will revert back to normal again...unless the new jailbreak program is available again...

Yup, will definitely backup before I try. My 3GS warranty finishing lio, time to mod! Haha! Won't touch the 4 for now cos still new. Hmm, should I jailbreak the iPad...

If you watch youtube a lot with the iPad or iPhone; video quality is degraded if use 3G, video is good with wifi.

With jailbreak, the app can fool the iPhone and iPad to believe you are on wifi when watching youtube but you are actually still on 3G. So you get clear video image.

There are a few ways to get out of jail, I am going with the gang of GreenPoison.

Basically, you need to use a program to jailbreak the iPhone, followed by some installation of source program so that you can get some apps. :becky:

Been with Windows Mobile since CE days. Finally tried iPhone4 and felt so inadequate. Very regret getting it until limera1n launched jailbreak on 10.10.10 at 10pm.

Jumped on it immediately although very apprehensive but it turned out to be a bliss. Never look back eversince.

Download MyWi from cydia, has 3 days trial.
