Modified cars and insurance risks

Today's Straits Times mentioned that if your car is hit by a modified car, its insurance may not pay you! I think the same thing applies if a foreign-registered car is involved. Having said that, apparently Thai-registered car drivers must buy insurance cover when they drive into Singapore which is a good thing.

So now, on the roads, avoid those Malaysian-registered cars and 'beng-mobiles' if you value your NCB! :)

But sometimes I wonder how these cars can get away with the illegal mods!

Actually it's a load of dung if you read what Straits Times quoted a Insurance company. It says that 'Body kit' must not be protruding (was arrowing a civic side skirt).

Wow wonder then if they'll stop honoring lamborghini superleggera & SV 670 / Pagani Zonda's cos all these cars side skirts damn protruding man
