My guess is that AD probably has achieved their numbers for the year and they are not "hungry" for more sales. If I am not wrong, MB was the no. 1 selling brand in singapore in Sep and Oct 2010.

I booked my car in Oct and my netted price was below S$140k and I am surprised that the price has gone up so much since. They were definitely offering more than 3K overtrade and 3 k service credits then.

I doubt AD has sold the C180K below 130k even during the bad times in

Y2008/Y2009.

Can to share how you "nett" your price ? Freebies included ?

Imagine the C180K selling at $180k after Feb next year with the cut in COE. But I doubt they'll sell it at this price, just let it eat into their margin to make this car their vol seller.

Listed Price was S$ 149,888 when I signed on the dotted line... discount on the listed price and overtrade for my previous ride ... plus a token of service credits... Car is completed with local fitted reserve sensor and solar film is Huber Optik ...

It would not be nice for me to give the full details of the package and freebies ... I would summarize that the netted price that I paid is below S$ 140 k. It really depends on the package/deal that the SE was prepared to do for you but of course there are guidelines from the C&C management.

Talk to the SE and see what is the best deal that he/she can do for you, you have to press the SE a little to get the best deal. However, Listed Price has increased to S$ 153,888 on the most recent COE CAT A price. Short term I am not expecting the price to drop.

Have fun negotiating .....

You got a good deal then - almost 10k worth of credits and discounts. When are you collecting your car ?

Btw, any bros here have a picture of the reverse cam setup offered by C&C ?

Price gone up so much, early last year when shop for older model C180 1.8 kompressor listed only 118888 after rebate and overtrade it can be get 105k nett still got plenty of freebies but decided to get B class and save 20k instead. Now bit regretted.

Anyway if now B180 upgraded to C180 it should be saving around 20k because that's is the price different since long time ago.

Apparently, those that booked at about the same time as me had similar deals. I booked the car in Oct and collected the end of Nov. The netted price for the cars booked in Oct should be just below S$140k. Currently, C&C has promo for 90% loan with cash rebate and price should be below S$140k as well with the cash rebate but interest rate is high.

I was offered the reverse cam but decided to go with standard reverse sensor, anyway there is an indication for the standard reverse sensor which I find it is good enough for me.

Go and check out the latest offer from C&C... and you may be tempted to sign on the dotted line.

Good luck.

It's nvr really a good deal. even it it was, the discounts will not be that significant after adding and minus this and that ie. int if taking loan, overtrade, etc.

no free lunch in this world.

and the recent upgrading classes thing, which only apply if take high loan, is anything mentioned about the COE packages?? garanteed?? how many bids?? any top up?

anyway at least CnC is the only premium AD taking proactive marketing strategies. the rest are like resting on their laurels.
