High-end models among cars damaged in basement

ONE by one, they were wheeled out of the Tong Building's basement carpark yesterday.

An orange Lamborghini Gallardo. A black Land Rover Discovery. A black Mercedes-Benz S-class.

All told, the cost of the cars in the long, slow parade ran into more than a million. The Lamborghini alone costs close to $800,000.

Wow... just thinking... will insurance cover this? Total lost coverage, or just repair (and replacement for the nice nappa leather seats)?

Or is it still repairable after the water sipping into the engine compartment?

:hand: my SE told me that AIG/Chartis coverage include flood but I noticed that the "general exclusions" and they include strike, detention, acts of god etc include flood, besides typhoon, hurricane, earthquake etc...

she said that there were few cars now in C&C affected by the flood...anyone got experience to share?
