Hey bro

Who's your SA?

The one I had last Tuesday was damn boh chup...

Never bother to return call - call her mobile, never pick up...zzzzz

Anyway, they claim the suspension (mounting) was changed - the car felt slightly "tighter" overall but some of the sounds have started to come back :(

my purpose there is to rectify the side mirror noise when folding & unfolding...but funny, few days before my appt, the noise was gone (not loud anymore).... anyway i still went for my appt last tue .... instead I asked about my juddering wiper...my favorite SA was on leave so another guy took over......didn't really interact much with him but seems quite helpful and he gave me a set of windscreen wax and cleaner...

The noise and bumpy ride came back...going over bumps on the road is damn irritating - definitely does not sound and feel like a "luxury" car...

Just checked with them again - they didn't change the suspension or mounting...WTF

Now I have to make another appointment to get them to check the car...

I also have this awful juddering noise in the rain. Keep spraying the windscreen washer to lubricate it everytime. Does the wax & cleaner work?

Never used e C&C stock wiper liquid!!! I empty it on day one and top up with plain water. REMEMBER this advise for good, also during servicing ask them not to top up e wiper liquid which cost u $5 & juddering wiper problem.

To resolve e juddering issue, use newspaper to clean & dry yr Windscreen after everything u wash yr ride, it's took me at least 5 times of cleaning inorder to resolve this juddering issue. Else smash yr Windscreen & replace a new pce, this method always works!!

went to c&c after hearing very noisy "tug" "tug" sound when passing over humps and road strips.

They acknowledged that there a batch of cars (Nov- Jan) were fitted with faulty shock absorbers.

Another friend of mine also found the same and corrected it at c&c

Bro & Sis pls check esp for those whom has purchase during Nov 09 Jan 10

same issue happen to mine 2 month ride but was coming from the left rear guess was a batch related. Steering wheel seem also misalign to the left frequently while on the move. Send in for check awaiting reply.

had the same issue as u. went to check my alignment at a outside workshop. My rear left kena toe in/out. seems to me our model has this behaviour of steering aligning to the left. due to body weight distribution.

do check on ur tires toe in/ toe out.

Cheers!!

I have tried all means for almost 3 months. Detergent, cleaner etc etc. Finally went to those professional to get them to do windscreen polishing which also removes fine scratches. Can see the different. Water flows nicely instead of droplet. Solved the judder issues too.

I did with Glass Fix and cost $200 in total...with some minor scratches to be removed + patch up a few small stone chippings..I would reckoned that it will be much much cheaper if you just polish to resolve the judders.
