(1) May I ask if all the aforesaid parties want to the Command to be appeared as a factory option on the vehicle datacard?

Ans: Not all. Maybe i can negotiate for him to do it for us all.

(2) Am I right to say that it will "remove" the existing factory option Audio20?

Ans: If you add in comand then yes.

Bro, am I right if we remove, the installer will add the Command as factory option

(3) In the event that the Comand is "damaged" after installation (maybe after 1 month), would installing the Audio20 back into our car still works?

Ans: I will collect the $300 deposit on his behalf first. Then when he comes ill pay him the deposit and you pay the balance to him direct. Payment in SGD here.

(6) I assume the price includes all the related miscellaneous spare parts (small parts that are not "worth" mentioning in details), am I right?

Good news, the tentative window for him to drop by according to him is around mid-june. so i'll collect orders till end of this month 31/5/2010.

i understand some bros have concerns about warranty. the installer has been bogged up by alot of work lately but he has assured me that he has not forgotten bout us.

he will be going to China from a trip from the 16th for 1 week. after which he will confirm the details/negotiations with me.

will try to get the best deal possible.

i urge those bros driving w204 not to miss this rare opportunity as Comand from the factory or anywhere else for that matter would cost ALOT more. you can check even the cost of 2nd hand sets and thats assuming you can get someone to do the MOST ring configuration and SCN coding in Singapore (which even MBM cannot do, I have asked)

Im currently working out the kinks on the warranty issue but I need to have the final number!!!

He can do something like arrange for a 2 way adapter for us to revert back to Audio 20 should the Comand APS not work.

According to him out of the >150 sets that he has installed only 1 or so sets have had any problem.
