Some of you guys might laugh, yes my 3 yr old W203 now has a broken driver's side internal door pull! Wah, mercedes quality!

Any suggestions on which workshop I can go to get it replaced?

I went to C&C and all he can say is that it might have been the result of rough handling! I tried not to laugh!

Nothing to laugh about cos it's a common problem with the W203.

I had mine replaced at MBM & IIRC - around $100 include installation.

I already had my right and left door handle broken and replaced. It's just a half hour job, go to MBM and it will be solved.

I noticed the broken area is always the top part of the handle and I can conclude it's a result of pulling the handle at that top portion that cause this to break.

I now pull at the bottom portion of the handle (nearer to arm rest) since that is a thicker and stronger part of the handle.
