Hi guys, I'm planning to change my C200 tires (225/45 R17).

Currently, I'm using Continental tires but wish to change to some lower cost tires like Yokohama. Not much of a tourer or performer, just need some simple tires that can last long because find it a chore to go to workshop to change the tires.

Any suggestions? Many thanks.

pardon my asking, if u drive 'normally', any tire should last you a good 3 years or 50K ... why is it a chore to change tire (30min job) once every 3 years ?

According to the workshop, Yokohama tires are the most quiet on the road but price don't come cheap also. I was quoted about S$270/pc alst time. I think the most economical pricing is Firenza tires but very noisy as it is made in China.

Cheerz!
