My sentiments exactly with the 5 speeder. I feel the same way as you, but my car is the E250 CGI. I think it's not only the gear ratios that make the car so sluggish, but also how the engines are tuned. The 1.8T in the E250 only wakes up above 3,000rpm. Below that and the car is really sluggish. Trying to find a tuning solution to get the power for the low-end as we rarely hit above 3,000rpm. Detrimental to FC too - so far FC has been disappointing...

Try this overseas tuner

Hi ppl, I am new to this forum. Just booked my C180CGI and I have a few queries:

1. Can the merc take 95 petrol? Or min must be 98?

2. I am given $4000 service credits...how long can that last me in servicing?

3. How much does MB charges for their servicing?

4. Service interval is 15k km right?

Thank you!

Yes 95 min.

Based on $400+ shld last ard 8-9 svcing depending on what are the charges

C&C 1st svcing ard $400+ according to forumer here

Haha. but that's what our car is for man. It's meant to let us cruise around more:bounce:

Every journey in a merc feels so comfortable and short. Hence making every ride relaxed and easy.

C200 should drink more lah. pretty normal. For every tank i'll pick 1 day where i'll be in S mode and whack the engine more and do manual shifting. Just to let the car know that she's not a gutless pig:becky::becky:

I driving a C180 Kompressor and my feel is depend on road conditions.

I like C mode because I like the feel on comfort drive. Use in on normal road and curising on highway.

Will switch to S mode when I am in the rush or speeding because it pick up faster and you feel much more power.
