Common Defect During Warranty Period

Hi to all the lao jiao here, may i do a quick check with you guys?

After accumulate all the problem i have with my car, i decided to pay the C & C workshop a visit to rectify all the problem this few days. (collected my car since June 2009)

1.) Left side mirror not turning down when reverse (C200 model)

2.) Screw under steering wheel drop off suddenly one day, when i tighten myself, the screw thread loosen liao.

3.) Steering wheel keep going to left side when driving straight road.(wheel alinement problem)

4.) Side aircon console near the gear stick left & right there turn moisture easily everytime the rear aircon turn on.

5.) Front parking sensor turn on with beep beep sound occasionaly for nothing when driving straight road (confirm infront no bird or insects)

Nah bei car slightly more then 6 months old nia, mileage 4200+km nia with all this problem.

Can you guys update me what is the other common problem your car accounted before?

Just want to know is it i am the only one here so suay manz.....

Hi bro for the left mirror not turning down when reverse is selected try this put your car into reverse then look at the mirror selection(rightside where you normally adjust it) the left mirror selector should be on(red selection light shown) if not push it and check the mirror once again. Hope this helps !

No way man hahaha this way we all learn from everyone no ? Mine i think my passenger lower lumber support cannot retract very uncomfortable to lean back on unlike the drivers side. Yes I have tried to push the button backwards to see if it retracts but no differance so far.

My C200 (Oct 2009) also has the same problem with the sensor - the fella would beep for no reason at times when moving off - it would also show two red lights

Maybe got phantom (ghost) in front...brrrrr

Hey xtrocious, thats exactly what happen to the sensor i accounted. 2 red dot lights beep for nothing when move off. Some time scare me off when driving at night.....u know espectially when it is a long straight road at nite....

Suppose to visit the workshop, but kanna duty go KL later because of work, will up date you guys here after visited.

As for the side mirror, yes, confirm, i sua gu & gu gu, brother rissd, u r rite.....

No worries mate happens to all of us at one point or another, but hey that what sgmerc forums are for yea ? The left mirror tilt down function was from BMW initially I think cuz last time I had the same thing in my E46
