Sorry Bro...sadly to say I work in China Shanghai for 3 years ..just got back OCT 09.... this kind of things ...nobody would help one especially if the guy is so violent and their culture is to stand and watch the show...... let me tell u once I was stop for suspected drunk driving in which I did not drink and I argue with the LP Policemen and a CROWD form and all stand and watch like free movie even when the police is abusing me verbally even though i am foreigner and in Suzhou train station they caught a pickpocket .... then someone go beat and ham tam and the police and the crowd together stand and watch the guy kena beaten and cannot walk plus crippled..... and one more in Shenzhen ..they have a lot of so called "assistant security guys" helping to keep security for the city and when two guys fighting ..these security guys restrain them and then the whole street is crowded with crowds and then the security guy starts hammering the guy because he was complaining he was being restrained... the damm bastard hammer him until his head bleeds and his colleagues just stand there and watch and the crowds did nothing and police come....guess what ..police ask the security to go........kan ni nna beh....no action taken...... One more thing in SHANGHAI .....the police is know as " LICENSE HOOLIGAN" means he can act like one and abuse you and go uncaught......they are too busy with themselves where got time to solved this kind of case unless someone dies.....Glad to be home.... nowadays these ah tiong just cycle anyhow and cross the road anyhow.....just feel like knocking them down
