Wah lau....now this thread machiam C-class & A4 perfornance comparison...whahaha

To be honest, for stock engine current MB 1.8 enigne with SC or TC can't match VW/Audi 2.0T engine performance let alone the advance twin-clutch technology, DSG or S-Tronic used by almost all VW/Audi cars. If MB 1.8 TC engine compare to VW/Audi 1.8 TFSI engine then their performance level (for stock car) will be very close.

Unker, in reality VW GTI (using E113A engine which is same as S3 only diff is S3 uses bigger K04 turbo) is faster than A4 2.0TqS (using E888 enigne). Careful of those sleeper GTIs - limited edition model, it comes standard K04 turbo and usually stage I by owner. If a stock BMW 335i not careful confirms has to watch the VW's twin tail pipes all the way till speed limiter cuts in.

Though it's not here yet, I will think the C250CGI T will be quieter than the C200 SC whining. (Never got used to the SC whining on my previous W203 & W211)

2ndly the C250CGI being hooked to a T will probably much easier to tune

& mod.

3rdly being new will probably has newer tech. & goodies.

The hardest part in making the choice is "Can U wait?"....muahahaha!:Cry:
