Servicing at 10K or 15K?

Hi bros,

I am currently driving a C180 Blueefficiency. Mileage is coming to 10K. So booked a timeslot for car to be serviced at Pandan loop next week. However, this morning I received a call from pandan loop service center telling me that my servicing should be due at 15K and not 10K. The reason given was because mine "is a new model". What my SE told me was to send in for servicing at 10K. I am confused now. Should I go for servicing at 10K or 15K?

Appreciate bros here can kindly share and advise.

Thanks.

I will be collecting my C200 by next week and my SE told me that C&C is implementing the new 15K svc interval very soon instead of the previous 10K. Not sure it applies across the board or just the W204. Didn't know that they have actually started it already...should be good for us isn't it?

For C Class Blue Effficiency is every 15,000KM. CONFIRMED 100%. Already Checked and Confirmed with C&C. (Cos they using Mobile 1 - Extended Life that can last 15,000Km min)

Am driving C Class BE too.

Bro, u can wait for the service message to appear on your console & then go for servicing. By the way, you can arrange with your SE to have them pick up your car for the servicing. Free of charge service. Cheers

Talking abt servicing, do C&C replace spark plugs too? Usually the standards for servicing are engine oil change, replacement of spark plugs and oil filter and together with dont-know-wat one million check points bla bla bla. I m asking coz my bubby invoice didnt charge for spark plugs replacement.

Does the 10K interval apply only to blue efficiency and new cars? My car is almost 1 year old, and previously I was advised by C&C to go every 10K. Now my next 10K is already here. If I can drag to 15K I would, because servicing in C&C is very expensive!

Yeah, called someone at C&C yesterday and after giving her my VRN, she said my car should follow 15K service interval. Just 6 months ago when I sent my ride in for the first servicing, I was told its 10K. Its still the same car, and C&C suka-suka just changed the interval
