Delivery of C-Class W204 booked in Aug?

Wah...damn slow leh

Booked my C200 in Aug and already >1 month liao and still no update on when can take delivery :bboyspin:

Anyone else booked around the same time and has any idea?

the SE i talked to .. was telling me end sept or oct for the c class.

and nov/dec for e class.. that's why i decided to take e class since it's only a month away.

What did ur SE say?

But now already 17 Sep and no shipment is not even in their system yet :tongue1:

Your SE secures your coe already or not? When I booked mine in Mar, got it in 3 weeks!! Think I am lucky as they have ready stock; so just grab loh. :bboyspin:

My SE also told me the shipment was on the way that's why I booked it...

But on the way is as well be from the moon to earth...hahah

Otherwise, I would have made an indent as we wanted the AMG package factory fitted

The locally fitted AMG package is just comestic :bboyspin:

I just got the purchase order from C&C ..and it states delivery date as DEC 2008 to JAN 2009!

WTF.. like that I might as well order from PI.. People warn us about not ordering from PI if they don't have ex-stock as PI can delay and delay..

well.. the same can be said of C&C.. They SUCKED Big time!

dec to jan???!! that's way too long. but what to do, you have already signed on the dotted line....

when i booked mine, i made it clear that i need the car within 1-2 weeks after the coe is secured (have that stated in the sales agreement. well, better luck next time then....think on the bright side - good things come last; its worth the wait for such a wonderful car!! :clap:.

Hey, all frens out there, nex time tell the SE to write it down on the contract when is the delivery time.I done that to my SE.

Example, now is Sep 09, tell the SE to write down on the contract Oct/Nov 09 to take delivery. Otherwise full refund of deposit or loan a car till the new car arrive.

I learn my lesson long long time ago, for the past few years, i do not have problem taking delivery of new cars. But one thing i do confess here, may be bcos of my style,most of the SE never do follow up with me any more.

For me, i juz want to know when & expect the delivery of my car after i paid for it nia.

The rest is history liao after delivery. If ur car got problem, go to the service dept. If ur car accident, go to the insurance...

Now a day, SE come & go, hit & ran, so make sure write down everthing u expected in the contract, otherwise, once money paid, u chase them liao. The more u call them regarding ur car, ur blood boil lagi jia lat...

I waited for 4 months for my W204 fitted with HID & Keyless Go last year.

Yup - something like that...

If special indent, she said delivery in early Dec...

But if they had been upfront that the wait is at least 2 months for the non-indent car, then I may have considered putting in the AMG kit...

If the system generated eta is Dec-Jan the you are most likely to get it in Nov. Last year when I booked my car, the booking showed Jan-Feb but I got it in Dec. Generally C&C will prefer to err on the kiasu side.
