Try that with the RSAF F16. The 747 is not appropriate at all, even if it is empty, the big size still need to overcome the inertia to accelerate. The distance to clock a certain speed has to be compatible to have a fair race and a fighter jet is a better choice. If the car were to pit against one of the 747 engine (which is likely a 56000 lb thrust), it will be beaten till "smell no smoke". Just another marketing ploy to promote the car.
