Missing Key adaptor

Hello.

we bought a Mercedes GLE 350d from a parallel importer back in 2019. It is time for tyre change. When we tried looking at tyre change - their tool box had the missing key adaptor. Apparently this is because this car was imported from the EU where tyre theft is a thing. So now I’m missing the key to be able to unlock the wheel.
B66409038 is the missing key to unlock the lug nut and Mercedes is being extremely unhelpful. Cycle and carriage has no clue either. Can anyone spare the key just so that I can help swap the special lug nut into the normal wheel lug nuts?
Mercedes or C&C are just so unhelpful - it’s mind boggling.
