Hi Guys,

Newbie here and Help some advice please.

Just join this site 2 weeks ago and signed with C&C for a C180 BE last week.

Was just informed that COE for 20 May 2009 unsuccessful and they will try for another 2 rounds only. The SE of C&C said that they only bid for 3 times and if still not successful, then I may have to top up if price went high again.

Questions: Is that the normal practise of C&C? I tot Guarantee? I saw the brochure and it stated 6 Bids, dont know why SE now say 3 bids only.

I was NOT gven a copy of the Forms I signed yet as SE said they will mail to me shortly. I also didnt pay attention what is stated on the Form as I trust C&C. Alamak!!! Any advise please. Thanks

Not sure about your sales package... but i'm sure C&C will definitely deliver your car!! Maybe you bought at a better deal??

They will mail the documents about 2-3 days later. I think the forms are standard one, should be ok lah.... I also signed blindly!! hahaha... too excited about the new car mah!! What colour did you get??

actually it is better to demand a photocopy of the hand written sales agreement for safekeeping. anyway just take a look again at the sales agreement that will besend to you in a few days time & if it was stated Guaranteed COE, than there is no way the SE can ask you to top up the differences.
