i read from somewhere that a CLK Cabrio cannot fit in a Quad exhaust.

not sure what you mean by cant fit? chassis wise dont see any difference for the cabrio and coupe...

log-on to Kleemann website and you can find all Kleemann performance info......so long your engine is M271 then it can fit into your ride.....

well, the quad exhaust is a pretty rare piece.. if i remember correctly, it is joined from the downpipe ..but the same exhaust was also used on a CLK55amg.....can check with MBM for the fitting to 320. personally i dont really like dummy quad pipes .. like the real thing. and there's one other thing....have you heard the roar of a real quad exhaust ?! : P~~~~~

Reduced prices for De-Kit (W209):

1. K-BOX and accessories. ($2.1K) - W204 can use, but need to purchase your own fuel regulator as it is different.

2. Bilstein PSS9 ($2.1K) - requires exchange. serious drivers really need this to improve handling. it also greatly changes the car's perspective outlook.

3. Eibach Anti Rollbars ($0.6K) - this should really go with the PSS9. i couldnt get used to the body roll after switching over from my Lotus.

Take 1,2,3 = ($4.3k)

4. AMG Quad Exhaust ($3K) - requires exchange. for CLK200 guys, real quad deal for your ride. no dummy pipes.. for 320guys, yes can fit. (notes: your rear bumper may need some customising to fit 4 pipes)

5. Carbon Fiber Front Grill (facelifted) and Rear AMG Carbon Fiber Spoiler ($1.1k)

I have checked with MBM on installation of the quad exhaust... yes, they are able to modified for 320....

but i have to changed my rear bumper with rear diffuser, and after spray work and installation, it will set me back by about $2500....

and still have not include the quad system , $3000,...... sigh......

looks like have to forgo the entire project...... sianz.......
