Red wine;

Not the best but a very drinkable one, Kangaroo Ridge, Merlot, South Eastern Australia.

I am a Australian and Californian wine fan.

I am a fan of Aussie Shiraz. Have had some lovely bottles in the last couple of months notably Elderton Command Shiraz, Amon-Ra. They have good cellaring potential and optimal drinking is supposed to be 10 years from now but what the heck! Decant it and it still tastes fantastic.

Lately, mixing alot of bombay sapphire gin and various sodas.

So far my favourite white wine is Cederberg 2006 Bukettraube, South Africa. Used to drink/buy this from Wine Company at Demsey Rd. They usually run out of stock real fast... wonder if they still selling now.. so long never go liao.

Recently also found this white wine not too bad... Beelgara, The Vines, Chardonnay Semillion 2008, Australia.

Actually like red wine better.. but very difficult to find something really nice... More input for red wines appreciated. :apwink:
